Some of the reasons we believe using a local company rather than a national one is better for you the customer.
Cost, when you contact me it will be me that comes to do the work so you are only paying for me to come not for someone to sit in an office and phone around trying to find someone to do the job. We don`t employ sub contractors as all national companies do therefore adding extra costs
Reliability, barring an accident we turn up on time, we can`t always do a job when a customer wants ( we might be booked up already ) but we always try our best.
Customer service, I can be grumpy at times like most of us but if any problem that I have fixed reoccurs then I ALWAYS sort it out, working this way is one of the reasons I have a built up a very good reputation ( just check out some of my reviews ).
Doing the job correctly, I know from experience that most national companies are more than happy to take your money and maximise the profit on the job at the same time, we will only do work that is needed and using the correct parts not always the cheapest.
Being local, I live in Telford, if you are unlucky enough to be locked out or in of your house do you want someone who has an hour to travel coming to your aid? This is not always the case to be fair, you might get lucky but why take the chance.
If you need a locksmith, painter, plumber,electrician or any other tradesman why would you want to pay more going to a national company when local tradesmen are more than capable at smaller cost and in most cases a better job.
